- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 - egg white
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - egg yolk
How To Make breakfast cheesecake

Step 1Spread one can of rolls in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. Spread over rolls in pan. Next, cover with the second can of rolls. Brush the top with beaten egg white. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. ENJOY!
