- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter
How To Make blueberry streusel coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350º

Step 2In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk egg, milk and butter. Stir into dry ingredients.

Step 3Fold in blueberries and pecans. Spread into a greased 9 inch square baking pan.

Step 4For topping, combine sugar and flour in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.

Step 5Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
