Ingredients

  •   1-1.5 c
    milk, (maybe a touch more milk)
  •   1 c
    all purpose flour
  •   2
    eggs
  •   1 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  •   2
    small packets sugar in the raw
  •   1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract (for blueberry crepes)
  •   1 Tbsp
    almond extract (for cherry crepes, vanilla will work if you do not have almond)
  •  
    frozen unsweetened dark cherries or blueberries

How To Make

    Pour frozen fruit into large skillet, add sugar in the raw (to taste),. Sometimes the dark cherries do not need sugar.Turn on medium high, eventually turn down heat Combine milk, eggs, flour, oil and sugar. Stir. Heat a lightly oiled omelet skillet on medium Spoon in 3 tablespoons batter, tilt skillet to spread batter, turn down heat Cook until light brown Repeat In between crepes warm crepes in oven Place open crepes onto plate, spoon in fruit, fold
