Ingredients
- - fresh blueberries or chopped bananas
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 - small packets sugar in the raw
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - beaten egg
- 1 cup cup milk and more later
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make blueberry or banana pancakes

Step 1In a mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt In another mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, vanilla and cooking oil Mix ingredients of both bowls together Add more milk slowly until batter is very thin Heat electric griddle (non stick preferred) to 375 degrees Rub vegetable oil or canola oil onto griddle Pour pancakes onto griddle Add blueberries or bananas into each pancake Cook until bubbling, flip and cook until golden ( may have to turn down slightly)
