    whole wheat flour

    flour

    small packets sugar in the raw

    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp

    beaten egg
  • 1 c
    cup milk and more later
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil

How To Make blueberry or banana pancakes

    In a mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt In another mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, vanilla and cooking oil Mix ingredients of both bowls together Add more milk slowly until batter is very thin Heat electric griddle (non stick preferred) to 375 degrees Rub vegetable oil or canola oil onto griddle Pour pancakes onto griddle Add blueberries or bananas into each pancake Cook until bubbling, flip and cook until golden ( may have to turn down slightly)
