MUFFIN

1/4 c
flour
1 Tbsp
sugar (i used raw)
1/8 tsp
baking powder
3 Tbsp
milk
1/2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1/4 c
blueberries, fresh or frozen

TOPPING

1/2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
flour
1 Tbsp
sugar, raw

How to Make Blueberry Muffin (in a mug)

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a microwave safe mug combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.
  • 2Stir in the milk and butter.
  • 3Place berries on top.
  • 4Topping:
  • 5Crumble together the butter, flour and sugar.
  • 6Sprinkle on top of the berries.
  • 7Microwave on high 90 seconds.
  • 8Cool slightly, then enjoy.
  • 9*To make vegan:
    Use coconut oil instead of butter
    Soy or almond milk.
