Ingredients
- MUFFIN
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (i used raw)
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen or other berries
- TOPPING
- 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar, raw
How To Make berry muffin (in a mug)

Step 1In a microwave safe mug combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.

Step 2Stir in the milk and butter.

Step 3Place berries on top.

Step 4Topping:

Step 5Crumble together the butter, flour and sugar.

Step 6Sprinkle on top of the berries.

Step 7Microwave on high 90 seconds.

Step 8Cool slightly, then enjoy.

Step 9*To make vegan: Use coconut oil instead of butter Soy or almond milk.
