Yummy breakfast treat. Can be made vegan as well.

Ingredients

  • MUFFIN
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (i used raw)
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen or other berries
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, raw

How To Make berry muffin (in a mug)

  • Step 1
    In a microwave safe mug combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the milk and butter.
  • Step 3
    Place berries on top.
  • Step 4
    Topping:
  • Step 5
    Crumble together the butter, flour and sugar.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle on top of the berries.
  • Step 7
    Microwave on high 90 seconds.
  • Step 8
    Cool slightly, then enjoy.
  • Step 9
    *To make vegan: Use coconut oil instead of butter Soy or almond milk.
