Ingredients

  • MUFFIN

  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar (i used raw)
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen or other berries
  • TOPPING

  • 1/2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar, raw

How to Make Berry Muffin (in a mug)

Step-by-Step

  1. In a microwave safe mug combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.
  2. Stir in the milk and butter.
  3. Place berries on top.
  4. Topping:
  5. Crumble together the butter, flour and sugar.
  6. Sprinkle on top of the berries.
  7. Microwave on high 90 seconds.
  8. Cool slightly, then enjoy.
  9. *To make vegan:
    Use coconut oil instead of butter
    Soy or almond milk.
