How to Make BLENDER HOLLANDAISE SAUCE(SALLYE)
- 1Place in blender the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and blend for about 5 seconds. Leave mixture in blender and turn off power.
- 2Place butter in microwave safe measuring cup.
Microwave on full power for 30 seconds to 1 minute until completely melted and hot.
DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL
- 3Set blender to high speed and VERY SLOWLY dribble the butter into the egg yolk mixture in a thin stream.
It should begin to thicken immediately.
To keep warm, leave the sauce in the blender jar and place the jar in a pan of hot tap water.
