How to Make Biscuits and Chocolate Gravy
- In a 2 quart sauce pan, mix sugar, flour and baking chocolate. Mix well. I use wondera because it doesn't add a flour flavor. My grandma used corn starch I think.
- Dump in milk and stir until there are no lumps.
- Turn heat to low. Once it warms, raise heat until gravy just starts to boil, stiring constantly. Reduce heat, continue stiring so it doesn't burn to the bottom of the pan. Once it is gravy thick, remove from heat. Serve over hot buttered biscuits.
