Ingredients

  • 3
    bacon slices with no nitrates
  • 1/4 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh cracked black pepper
  • dash(es)
    sea salt
  • 1 can(s)
    organic petite diced tomatoes

How to Make Betty's Tomatoe Gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. Fry bacon til crisp, save for later. Put flour in drippings, cook til light brown with pepper & salt. Add tomatoes, and jalapenos, onions, bell peppers, if desired. Simmer 5 - 10 mins. Serve hot with homemade biscuits, scrambled eggs and green onions.
  2. Sprinkle with bacon or serve on the side with more added.
