2beat eggs then stir in vanilla and cinnamon. heat skillet on medium heat add tablespoon margerine.
3dip texas toast in egg mixture add to heated skillet, a minute or two till golden brown turn and cook other side. add more margerine as needed cooking two peices at a time depending on your skillet size.
4when all are cooked slice diagonally into triangles, top with butter and maple syrup and serve
