- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons berries or cherries, thawed and drained
- TOPPING
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
How To Make berry or cherry mug cake

Step 1Place 1/2 tablespoon butter in mug and microwave 10 seconds to soften.

Step 2Stir in sugar, honey, applesauce and vanilla until well combined.

Step 3Add 1/4 cup flour and baking powder, stir until just combined.

Step 4Gently fold in berries or cherries.

Step 5In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon flour and brown sugar.

Step 6Cut in 1/2 tablespoon butter until coarse crumbs are formed.

Step 7Sprinkle topping onto cake in mug.
