belgin waffles w/ dana's homemade apple butter
I make these delicious waffles quite often.I love the deep holes...I used to use butter and syrup in them...LOL. BUT, after I tried DANAS recipe for "VERY EASY CROCK POT APPLE BUTTER". This is definately my choice of topping from now on! I make 10-12, eat two, then freeze them two to a package. Today I made another batch of that delicious APPLE BUTTER...and froze 4-1/4 pints...I am ready for company...come on over!! Hugs, Nancy...11/19/12

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 - eggs....separated
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups milk
How To Make belgin waffles w/ dana's homemade apple butter

Step 1MIX TOGETHER flour,salt, bbutter,egg yolks, vanilla and milk.

Step 2Whip egg whites. Till stiff. Add to the flour mixture. LET sit. Heat waffle maker.

Step 3Bake in your Belgin waffle maker according to your waffle baker directions.
