Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 - ripe bananas, mashed
How To Make banana sour cream pancakes

Step 1Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, milk and melted butter.

Step 2Add dry ingredients and stir in mashed bananas.

Step 3Heat oiled skillet or griddle over medium high heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until undersides are lightly browned. Turn and cook 2 more minutes.

Step 4Serve with maple syrup.
