These are a wonderful pancake for a different taste and a good way to help use up bananas that are starting to ripen. These also freeze well and when you want a pancake remove from the freezer and either warm them in the toaster or heat them in the microwave.

- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
How To Make banana pancakes

Step 1Beat all ingredients with hand beater until smooth. For each pancake, pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until pancakes are dry around the edges, Turn; cook until golden brown.
