These muffins are moist and delicious. My family loves these so much. They are light, fluffy, and moist.

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make banana muffins

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Step 2
    Cream together butter and sugar
  • Step 3
    Add sour cream, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla.
  • Step 4
    Mix all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients mixture.
  • Step 5
    Pour batter into greased tins or line with muffin cups.

    Bake for 20-30 minutes until the muffins are golden brown and spring back to the touch.
