bakery cinnamon rolls
This was in a handwritten cookbook I inherited from my mother. They are very good, soft, tender and cinnamon-y.

Ingredients
- 1 can pillsbury cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 1 1/2 pints heavy whipping cream
How To Make bakery cinnamon rolls

Step 1Place cinnamon rolls in a greased baking pan to fit the number of rolls. If you have an extra roll, pull it apart and put between the rolls in the pan.

Step 2Pour the whipping cream over the rolls until it is 1/2 way up the rolls.

Step 3Mix the butter, brown sugar and salt together, blending well. Pour over rolls.

Step 4Cover tightly with foil and bake in a 350* oven for 45 minutes.

Step 5Allow to cool a minute or two and then pour the icing that came with the rolls over top. Finish cooling and serve.
