Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 to 5 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

How To Make baked peach pancakes

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
    beat eggs and add sugar, milk, oil and salt. add flour and mix well. let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    butter 2 9 inch round cake pans and sprinkle with some of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Step 4
    arrange peach slices on pans and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar and brown sugar.
  • Step 5
    dot with butter. pour batter over peaches and bake 30-35 minutes until top is golden.
