- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
How To Make baked oatmeal

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, making sure to incorporate everything well.

Step 2Spread into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes.
