Another easy, tasty breakfast treat. Add any toppings of your choice-milk, syrup or eat as is. Tastes the same reheated. This is another oldie and I do not remember where it came from. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

How To Make baked oatmeal

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Grease, or spray Pam, into 8" square dish.
  • Step 3
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Spoon into greased dish.
  • Step 5
    Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
