Another easy, tasty breakfast treat. Add any toppings of your choice-milk, syrup or eat as is. Tastes the same reheated. This is another oldie and I do not remember where it came from. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups - quick cooking oats
- 1 cup - brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. - baking powder
- 1 tsp. - salt
- 1 tsp. - cinnamon
- 1 tsp. - vanilla
- 1 cup - milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup - butter, melted
How To Make baked oatmeal

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease, or spray Pam, into 8" square dish.

Step 3Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Spoon into greased dish.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
