Another easy, tasty breakfast treat. Add any toppings of your choice-milk, syrup or eat as is. Tastes the same reheated.
This is another oldie and I do not remember where it came from.

quick cooking oats
1 cup
brown sugar, packed
2 tsp.
baking powder
1 tsp.
1 tsp.
1 tsp.
1 cup
eggs, beaten
1/2 cup
butter, melted

How to Make Baked Oatmeal


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Grease, or spray Pam, into 8" square dish.
  • 3Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 4Spoon into greased dish.
  • 5Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
