Another easy, tasty breakfast treat. Add any toppings of your choice-milk, syrup or eat as is. Tastes the same reheated.
This is another oldie and I do not remember where it came from.

  • 3 cups
    quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup
    brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp.
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp.
  • 1 tsp.
  • 1 tsp.
  • 1 cup
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup
    butter, melted

How to Make Baked Oatmeal


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease, or spray Pam, into 8" square dish.
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon into greased dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
