My father used to make this every weekend with fresh blueberries. It was a nice alternative to sugary cereals :-)

How to Make Baked Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat egg and oil together. Mix in brown sugar. Add milk. Add dry ingredients JUST BEFORE putting into the oven (don't let it sit!)
  3. Pour into a square baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
