A great breakfast meal, my kids love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of cinnamon swirl bread
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 - eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 - cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make baked french toast

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. A square greased pan. Place bread slices in pan, top with bananas and bread again, repeat layers.
  • Step 2
    For topping combine milk, eggs, flour, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla, Blend them into a blender and pour over top of bread and bananas layers. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. When done you can top with syrup or powdered sugar.
