Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons scallions, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 teaspoon skim milk
- 4 ounces bagels, split
- 2 - plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 1/2 ounces sliced smoked salmon (lox)
- 2 teaspoons red onions, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and drained
How To Make bagels with smoked salmon (ww)

Step 1In small bowl, combine cream cheese, scallions, dill and milk.

Step 2Spread one-fourth of the cheese mixture onto bottom half of each bagel.

Step 3Top cheese mixture evenly with tomato slices; drape 1 smoked salmon slice over each portion of tomatoes.

Step 4Top each portion of salmon with 1/2 teaspoon each of the onion and capers, then 1 remaining bagel half.
