Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 pound package bacon
- 1 cup (4 oz) grated swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- pinch nutmeg
How To Make bacon cheese pie, ma

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut bacon into 1" pieces. Cook until crisp, drain. Sprinkle bottom of pastry with bacon then cheese. Combine eggs, cream mixture and seasonings and beat until blended. Pour mixture over cheese and bacon. Bake 10 min. Reduce temp to 325 degrees for 30 min, until knife in center comes out clean. Use crescent roll or frozen shell.
