8 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg
(20 oz) shredded hash browns (if frozen, thaw and squeeze out water)
3 clove
garlic, minced or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp
ground sage or a small bunch of fresh chopped sage
2 large
eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c
vegetable oil

  • 1in a large skillet, preheat oil. meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • 2measure out 1/2 cup of tater mix and carefully place in oil. use spatula to flatten out patties.
  • 3cook until crispy and nicely browned. drain on paper towels.
