Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 package (20 oz) shredded hash browns (if frozen, thaw and squeeze out water)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or use 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage or a small bunch of fresh chopped sage
- 2 large eggs
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Step 1in a large skillet, preheat oil. meanwhile, in large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Step 2measure out 1/2 cup of tater mix and carefully place in oil. use spatula to flatten out patties.

Step 3cook until crispy and nicely browned. drain on paper towels.
