Ingredients
- 1/2 - chopped onion
- 1 stick stick swiss cheese or cheddar cheese grated
- 5-6 - strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- - dash of pepper
How To Make bacon and cheese quiche

Step 1Put heavy cream, eggs and pepper in blender and mix. Put onion, cheese and bacon in unbaked pie shell (I usually spray a pie plate with pam and pass on the pie shell to save on carbs). Pour liquid over and cook at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
