Ingredients

  • 1/2 - chopped onion
  • 1 stick stick swiss cheese or cheddar cheese grated
  • 5-6 - strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • - dash of pepper

How To Make bacon and cheese quiche

  • Step 1
    Put heavy cream, eggs and pepper in blender and mix. Put onion, cheese and bacon in unbaked pie shell (I usually spray a pie plate with pam and pass on the pie shell to save on carbs). Pour liquid over and cook at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
