Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red onion small dice
- 1 tablespoon each brown sugar, dijon mustard, lemon juice, drained capers and chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 avocado's small dice
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices brioche bread toasted
- microgreens for garnish
How To Make avocado tartare

Step 1Mix the olive oil, red onion, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, caper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the diced avocado.

Step 2After the bread is toasted use a glass and cut the bread into rounds. Top with the avocado tartare and garnish with microgreens
