Ingredients For avocado tartare

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red onion small dice
  • 1 Tbsp
    each brown sugar, dijon mustard, lemon juice, drained capers and chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    avocado's small dice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slice
    brioche bread toasted
  • microgreens for garnish

How To Make avocado tartare

  • 1
    Mix the olive oil, red onion, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, caper, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the diced avocado.

    After the bread is toasted use a glass and cut the bread into rounds. Top with the avocado tartare and garnish with microgreens
