How To Make austrian potato fry-up
-
Step 1Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then fry the bacon and onion together for 10 minutes until the bacon is golden.
-
Step 2With a slotted spoon, remove the bacon and onion from the pan. Add the potatoes to the pan and fry for 10 minutes or until golden.
-
Step 3Add the caraway and paprika, season well with salt and pepper to taste, then fry for another minute, stirring to release their fragrance. Return the bacon and onion to the pan, taste for seasoning, then add the parsley.
