Ingredients

3 - eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 cups apples, diced
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

How To Make apple nut cake

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients except apples and nuts until moist. Stir by hand; mixture will be very thick. Add apples and nuts.

Step 2

Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
Step 3

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
