apple cinnamon rolls

i made some homemade bread and decided to make these rolls. my husband loves them he said good with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound homemade bread dough/ frozen(thawed)
  • 12 teaspoons butter or margerine, melted
  • 24 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped fine
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 can apple pie filling

How To Make apple cinnamon rolls

  • Step 1
    roll out dough into a 9 x 12 inch rectangle. brush on melted butter or margarine. sprinkle cinnamon sugar and walnuts over dough add apple pie filling (leaving i inch border.
  • Step 2
    roll like a jelly roll, starting with long edge. cut into twelve pieces.
  • Step 3
    put 1 teaspoon of melted butter or margarine into each muffin cup(extra large muffin cups) then add 2 teaspoons brown sugar over melted butter.
  • Step 4
    carefully put rolled cinnamon roll into each muffin cup. cover with towel. let rise until doubled. bake at 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until light brown.
