How to Make Apple Cinnamon Couscous
- Prepare couscous according to package directions.
- In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. In a medium bowl combine apples, brown sugar and cinnamon until apples are coated. Add apples to butter in pan.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes or until apples are starting to get tender. Add pecans, cook a little longer. Add raisins and cooked couscous until combined. Top with additional brown sugar, if desired. Serve warm
