The vote is still out about how much apple cider vinegar helps in your overall health. 'Everyone' says it's good for you, but a little bit of research shows that maybe it does nothing. For many, it's too much acid. What I know is that it DOES help me. I find it easier to live a healthy eating lifestyle if I just have some ACV early in my day. I used to make a tea mixture, but one thing that most articles say is that extended use will damage the teeth (yep, I had my first filling in YEARS). Then, someone handed me this recipe. Problem solved, hopefully! Adjust the stevia to taste

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup organic fruit juice (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon stevia extract (powder) - or more!
- 5 tablespoons gelatin powder
How To Make apple cider vinegar finger jello

Step 1Combine the fruit juice, apple cider vinegar, water, and stevia in a large saucepan (no heat) and stir well. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid and mix, letting it sit for two minutes

Step 2Switch on the heat to medium-low, stir with a wooden spoon for five minutes. The gelatin should be fully dissolved.

Step 3Pour the gelatin mixture into ice cube trays and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
