apple cider doughnuts
I Love Doughnuts! I was looking for a healthier version. Found the Wilton Doughnut Pan. Searched for recipes and loving apple cider, adjusted another recipe and made this my own version. Baked are just as Yummy!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- PUT THE FOLLOWING IN A SMALL BOWL AND DIP FRESHLY BAKED DOUGHNUTS
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make apple cider doughnuts

Step 1In medium size bowl, whisk apple cider, sour cream, egg, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla.

Step 2In another bowl,.Whisk flour, cinnamon and Baking soda.

Step 3Add flour mixture to apple cider mixture.

Step 4Whisk until smooth.

Step 5Spray Doughnut pan with non stick cooking spray, I used Pam Baking w/flour.

Step 6Spoon batter carefully in prepared pan. Fill 2/3 full.

Step 7Bake at 350º for 5 - 10 Minutes.

Step 8Take doughnuts out of the pan when done. Turn doughnuts upside down in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
