Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices baguette
- 1 sweet apple of choice
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup collard greens, ribs removed and leaves sliced
- salt
How To Make apple, cheddar, and bacon crostini

Step 1Cook the bacon in a large skillet. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Step 2Add the greens to the bacon fat and season with salt. Cook until wilted.

Step 3Toast the baguettes in a toaster or oven. Slice the apple on a mandolin.

Step 4Place the slices of cheese on the bread. Top the cheese with the bacon
