Amish Pumpkin Pancakes

Amy Alusa

These pancakes are such a refreshing change for fall. They are positively delicious, and very filling. I got the recipe from I doubled the recipe, thinking it would not make enough for my boys who are all big eaters. However they were filled and more than satisfied-they said really great! One of my daughters hates pancakes, but she had to try one, because of the lovely smell. She said they were the best pancakes she's ever eaten! I added 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves (1/4 tsp when I doubled the recipe.) They really are nice.
