Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
How To Make almond granola bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Step 3Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 4Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.

Step 5Mix until all ingredients are moistened.

Step 6Press mixture into a rectangular shape 7 inches wide and nine inches long.

Step 7(Wet hands or use one hand and a damp spoon.)

Step 8Bake about 12 minutes.

Step 9Remove from oven and cut into 16 bars using a sharp knife.

Step 10Separate bars slightly and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes more.

Step 11The browner the bottom of the bars, the crisper they will be when cool.

Step 12The edges will crumble slightly when cut-set aside for a snack.

Step 13Remove to a wire rack to cool.
