Okay, i admit it... i hate oatmeal, but i know it's good for you and i'm trying to get healthier. However, this i was simply amazed with. It was so very good, filling and is definitely something i will continue to make.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts, ground
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries, crushed
