sausage
Nothing compares to home made sausage. I made a double batch, browned and what wasn't eaten gets froze for later use. It's nice to have these ready to go when you need them. Oh, and by all means....make these as spicy as you want, or not at all... Enjoy!

How To Make sausage
-
Step 1In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. Shape patties. I make mine about 3 inches around each. Place the patties in a skillet with small amount of oil. On medium heat, brown on each side. About 6 minutes per side, depending on how brown you like them. Enjoy!
