- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1-9inch package pie crust shell
- 2 - egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 package diced ham
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage and ham quiche

Step 1Brown sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well. Spoon into the pie shell. Mix the eggs and cream in a bowl. Spoon over sausage and ham. Top with the cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until set.
