  • 12 ounces potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 1/3 cups cottage cheese, lowfat
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make potato-bacon cups

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Spray 4 6 ounce custard cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Place the cups on a baking sheet.
  • Step 4
    In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Divide evenly among the prepared cups.
