Potato-Bacon Cups

12 oz
potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/3 c
cottage cheese, lowfat
4 slice
turkey bacon, crumbled
1/4 c
skim milk
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
black pepper


1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Spray 4 6 ounce custard cups with nonstick cooking spray.
3Place the cups on a baking sheet.
4In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients.
5Divide evenly among the prepared cups.
6Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
