One yummy pie! I've been making versions of this forever it seems. It's great cold too, so makes for a great picnic or potluck. Sometimes I change the meats, but this version is my families favorite! It's also great to serve for brunch!

1/4 - 1/2 lb
loose bulk sausage
1/2 medium
red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium
onion, chopped
1/2 lb
mozzarella, shredded
24 slice
pepperoni slices
egg, beaten
1 tsp
dry oregano
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp
basil paste
2 Tbsp
1 - 12 oz
can, evaporated milk
1 - 9
inch unbaked pie shell - deep dish

How to Make ~ Pizza Quiche Pie ~


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

    In a skillet, brown sausage, onion and pepper. Breaking apart sausage as it cooks. Drain if needed.

    In a large bowl, beat eggs and mix in, milk, seasonings, flour. Making sure there are no lumps of flour.
  • 2In the bottom of pie crust, add the cooked sausage mixture. Next, half the cheese ans pepperoni.

    Pour egg mixture over this and sprinkle with remaining cheese and pepperoni.
  • 3Place on a sheet pan and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    I let set up for a few minutes, then cut and serve.
