  • 1 pound bacon, thick sliced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

How To Make pecan-glazed bacon

  • Step 1
    On a wire rack over a sheet pan, place bacon slices next to each other, but not overlapping.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and chopped pecans. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the bacon strips.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Drain well on paper towels.
