1In a small bowl whisk eggs with salt and pepper, add a tablespoon water.(you can use some of the juice from the jar of the jalapeno). Whisk again.
Mix the emirls essence and cheese until cheese is well coated.
2In a non-stick pan heat butter on med to med-high heat. Add the jalapenos and cook until fragrant.
Pour in the eggs and prepare a omelete.
Sprinkle cheese and fold over. Remove from heat. Divide the omelete into 2-3 sections.
3Slice the biscuit in half. On one side put a dab of grape jelly, then bacon. Top with one of the egg section. Add a dab of Yumm-Yumm, or honey mustard sauce.
Top with the other half of the bicuit piece.
4Wrap each biscuit individually in plastic wrap.
Microwave ( in the plastic wrap) for 30-40 seconds to reheat.
