- - 1 pound hot sausage
- - 1 lb. mild sausage
- - 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
- - 2 eggs, beaten
- - 1/2 cup milk
- - 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
- - 1/4 cup maple syrup
- - 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- - 16 eggs, scrambled
How To Make maple sausage breakfast ring

Step 1Brown the hot sausage and mild sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Mix with cracker crumbs, beaten eggs, milk, apple, maple syrup and sage in large bowl. Spoon into a greased ring mold. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Invert onto a serving platter and fill center with scrambled eggs. Serves 12 Big Taste of Little Rock
