Yummmmmm! My family loves this! I make it for special birthday breakfasts or Christmas morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsely flakes
  • 2 teaspoons sage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make maple sage pork sausage

  • Step 1
    Mix together all ingredients except olive oil & form into 2" round patties. (Can be stored in fridge for 1 day at this point.)
  • Step 2
    Cook in heated oil over medium high heat about 3 minutes per side. Pat w/ paper towels.
