Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons dried parsely flakes
- 2 teaspoons sage
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make maple sage pork sausage

Step 1Mix together all ingredients except olive oil & form into 2" round patties. (Can be stored in fridge for 1 day at this point.)

Step 2Cook in heated oil over medium high heat about 3 minutes per side. Pat w/ paper towels.
