Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • 6 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp
    dried parsely flakes
  • 2 tsp
    sage
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make Maple Sage Pork Sausage

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together all ingredients except olive oil & form into 2" round patties. (Can be stored in fridge for 1 day at this point.)
  2. Cook in heated oil over medium high heat about 3 minutes per side. Pat w/ paper towels.
