Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 3 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 6 cups coarsely chopped spinach
How To Make joe's special

Step 1Melt butter and oil in large skillet. Add onion and saute briefly.

Step 2Mix in mushrooms and meat and cook until meat is brown.

Step 3Add eggs and seasonings and stir over medium heat until eggs are almost cooked.

Step 4Stir in spinach and cook few minutes longer, until spinach is barely wilted.

Step 5Serve immediately.
