- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoons grade b maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 small shallot finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make homemade maple breakfast sausage

Step 1Combine all the ingrediants an wrap tightly with plastic wrap. chill at least one hour or up to overnight in refrigerator.

Step 2when ready to cook, form mixture into small patties about 1/4 in thick an 3 in wide; cook in skillet over med hi heat forv about 4 min on one side then flip cook 4 min on otherside or until desired doneness ummm ummmm good
