ground pork shoulder
2 Tbsp
grade b maple syrup
1 tsp
dried sage
1 small
shallot finely chopped
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 tsp
freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp
salt

How to Make Homemade Maple Breakfast Sausage

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all the ingrediants an wrap tightly with plastic wrap. chill at least one hour or up to overnight in refrigerator.
  • 2when ready to cook, form mixture into small patties about 1/4 in thick an 3 in wide; cook in skillet over med hi heat forv about 4 min on one side then flip cook 4 min on otherside or until desired doneness ummm ummmm good
