I got this recipe from my granny. It is really good.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Thick cut bacon
  • - some flour
  • - garlic powder
  • - onion powder, pepper
  • - montreal steak seasoning, paprika, and lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil or peanut oil

How To Make floured bacon

  • Step 1
    Put the flour in a zippy bag, or coffee can. Add seasonings to flour and shake.
  • Step 2
    shake the bacon in the flour.
  • Step 3
    add oil to pan and heat on medium.
  • Step 4
    Fry bacon until crisp and brown.
  • Step 5
    coating the bacon keeps it from shrinking, and adds a really delicious taste and crunch.
  • Step 6
    then chow down on the good juicy bacon!
