montreal steak seasoning, paprika, and lemon pepper
corn oil or peanut oil
1Put the flour in a zippy bag, or coffee can. Add seasonings to flour and shake.
2shake the bacon in the flour.
3add oil to pan and heat on medium.
4Fry bacon until crisp and brown.
5coating the bacon keeps it from shrinking, and adds a really delicious taste and crunch.
6then chow down on the good juicy bacon!
