2 slicerustic italian sandwich bread

1 mdonion

2 sliceproscuitto ham

1-2 mdeggs
-
1-2 sliceraccolette cheese/any firm cheese

1/4 stickbutter

3 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
How To Make european breakfast sandwich

1In an iron skillet, Medium heat, with extra virgin olive oil, saute the Proscuitto Ham and remove it from the pan

2In the seasoned skillet, caramelize sliced onions, push to the side, to keep warm

3Fry a sunny side up egg in the seasoned skillet and remove from pan

4Butter 2 the slices of bread and brown in skillet. Take one slice and put it aside on a plate, layer Proscuitto ham, sunny side up egg and caramelized onions on top, place aside

5Brown and melt cheese in skillet, pour over second slice of browned bread, put sandwich together, slice and enjoy. Serve with utensils
