This is a recipe that is famous in the greater Cincinnati area. Goetta is the German answer to scrapple. If you want to try something different for your breakfast meat, this is for you! I would not recommend this daily, but I bet there are those that do have it every day. This is a pretty simple, strait-forward crockpot recipe. It is tasty when fried crispy. Try it soon!
