I bake these in the morning for church. They are gone in no time. They are very good and moist.

1 lb
sausage (hot, sage, whatever kind you like)
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c
4 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cream Cheese Sausage Balls


  • 1Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients until well combined. I use my mixer with the dough hook.
  • 2Roll into 1 inch balls, and place on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes.

  • 3Balls can be frozen uncooked. Just add a few minutes extra to the baking time.
