    ON A SHEET OF WAXED PAPER, COMBINE THE FLOUR ,SALT & PEPPER (SET ASIDE)
  • Step 2
    IN A HEAVY SKILLET HEAT OIL TO MED. HIGH HEAT
  • Step 3
    COAT EACH SLICE OF BACON IN FLOUR MIXTURE AND FRY UNTIL CRISPY AND GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL
